Our company
Casus Azorean Business (CAB) is a certified company whose main objective is to become a reference in the property management and leasing market, investing in innovation and providing unique experiences linked to customs and traditions.
With the impact that the pandemic had on the market and on companies, Casus was born with the aim of responding to the needs of customers and guests.
The word Casus, from Latin, means audacity, professionalism and adventure.
Within the scope of this reflective process, we decided to design our image in order to reflect the values of Casus Azorean Business in the local tourism market.
In the Casus logo, the circle stands for movement, expansion, perfection and sustainability. The colors chosen were yellow, which means adventure, risk and daring; gray, solidity, stability and responsibility; and green, sustainability, ecology and environment.
Finally, the slogan “we transform properties into destinations” represents the destination of someone traveling to the Azores, transforming properties into unique experiences of happiness.
Sustainability
At Casus we pride ourselves on our environmental awareness and green choices. We invest in online reservations to reduce printing and paper waste, we use reusable water bottles and eco-friendly toiletries, opting for innovation and renewal.
In addition, we are focused on transforming all the company's processes and communications, in order to optimize and redesign them, making them increasingly digital in order to progressively reduce our ecological footprint.
